AYQ has no user accounts. The only data tied to you is a randomly-generated device identifier (a random installation ID — not your hardware address) used for activation and service-status checks. Favorites, history and downloads stay only on your device and are never sent to us.

Three ways to delete:

1. In the app: Settings → Clear Data (or uninstall) removes everything stored locally.
2. Automatic: server activity logs are deleted automatically after about 7 days.
3. Immediate: enter your device identifier below and we delete the record from our servers right now. Don't know it? Email us (include your activation code if you have one) and we will locate and remove your record for you.
